Holiday Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. concentrate orange juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    2 Tbsp. brandy flavor
    2 1/2 pkg. graham crackers, crumbled
    1 1/2 c. raisins (light)
    2 (8 oz.) jar candied fruit
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. honey
    4 oz. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in orange juice, over hot water in a double boiler.
    Thoroughly blend next 6 ingredients.
    Add following 5 ingredients.
    Mix well; stir in honey, butter and dissolved gelatin.
    Mix thoroughly; press into waxed paper-lined 9 x 5 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan (firmly).
    Cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before cutting.
