Failure Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
    Whipped topping
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish, combine 2 beaten eggs, butter and cake mix.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Spread out.
    Mix separately with electric hand mixer (until smooth), cream cheese, 2 eggs and confectioners sugar.
    Pour this mixture over crumb mixture in dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
