Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
2 medium onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 green peppers, sliced
1/4 c. cold water
3 to 4 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. beef bouillon
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tomatoes, peeled or cut into wedges
Preparation

Trim fat and bones from meat; cut into 4 to 6 serving pieces. Grease large skillet and brown meat thoroughly on one side.
Turn and season with salt.
