Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    2 Tbsp. dried or fresh onion, sauteed lightly in butter
    1/2 c. parsley (fresh)
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash or 2 of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry; this is extremely important.
    Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator overnight.
    Add pepper sauce to taste just before serving.
