Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Remove tops and seeds of peppers.
    Parboil in salted water about 5 minutes; drain.
    Brown beef and cook onion in butter until tender; stir in
    1/2 can soup and remaining ingredients.
    Spoon meat mixture into peppers.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Heat remaining soup; pour over peppers before serving.
