Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
oil
4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown beef in large skillet.
Remove from pan; set aside. Add enough oil to drippings in pan to make 3 tablespoons.
Add potatoes, onions and green pepper.
Cook until onions and potatoes are almost tender.
Stir in meat, salt, pepper and sugar.
Heat and cook until vegetables are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
