Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skirt steak (whole trimmed)
    milk
    unseasoned meat tenderizer
    jalapeno peppers, chopped
    bell pepper, chopped
    onion, chopped
    cheese
    sour cream (optional)
    Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Marinade whole meat overnight in milk after you sprinkle with unseasoned meat tenderizer.
    Drain.
    Cut into strips and then cut strips into pieces.
    Place oil in skillet or wok.
    When it gets hot, add meat.
