Avocado Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Place avocados, cream and broth in a blender and puree them along with all the seasonings except the lemon juice.
Cool for several hours.
Add lemon juice just before serving.
