Chateaubriand With Bearnaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ends of beef tenderloin (about 2 lb. each)
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Marinate beef in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper for at least 2 hours.
    Prepare charcoal grill.
    Thirty minutes before ready to serve, sear meat for 5 minutes on each side.
    Move off coals and cover grill; cook for at least 20 minutes more for medium rare.
