Momma'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Crisco
5 Tbsp. water
1 egg
2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Sift flour and salt; cut in Crisco.
Beat water, egg and vinegar together.
Stir into flour mixture.
Turn out on floured board.
Roll to fit pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven. Makes 2 crusts.
