Zucchini Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 oz. butter
    1 (7 oz.) can sweet corn, drained
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. milk
    5 oz. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Blanch zucchini in boiling salted water for 8 minutes; drain. Cut slice off top, lengthwise.
    Scoop out flesh, leaving 1/4-inch rim around edge.
    Roughly chop flesh and top slices.
    Turn shells upside down to drain.
    Fry onion in 1/2 butter until light brown. Add chopped zucchini; cook on high a few minutes.
    Add corn; season well.
    Place zucchini shells in shallow, ovenproof dish; fill with corn mixture.
