Dobash Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 blocks Baker's unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Soften cornstarch with a little of the 1 cup water.
    In a saucepan, melt
    the
    chocolate
    in the remaining water.
    Add sugar and
    butter,
    stirring
    until
    dissolved.
    Add the cornstarch mixture; boil until it thickens.
    Makes enough frosting for a 9 x 13-inch cake.
