Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add buttermilk.
    In another bowl, add flour, salt, sugar and soda.
    To this, add the yeast, buttermilk and shortening.
    Knead lightly; shape into biscuits. Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
