Baked Cream Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corn
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 egg whites, unbeaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley (optional)
Preparation

Chop up corn; add mixture of whipping cream, 3 unbeaten egg whites, salt and pepper.
Butter a casserole dish; sprinkle with parsley, if you wish.
Pour in corn mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until it sets.
