Chinese Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. chopped onion
2 or 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Brown meat and drain excess fat.
Add celery and onions and continue simmering.
Stir in soups and sauce.
Fold in noodles. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
