Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ground beef
3 large Onions, sliced
1 large Green pepper, chopped
1 x 16 oz. can Tomatoes
1/2 c. Rice, regular, uncooked
2 tsp. Chili powder
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c. gas mark 4. In a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until the meat is brown and the vegetables are tender. Drain off the fat and stir in tomatoes, rice, salt, chili powder and pepper; heat through. Pour into an ungreased 2 qt.
casserole, cover and bake for 1 hour. 4-6 Servings.
