Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    6 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    To begin your starter, mix the 1 c. sugar, dry yeast, 6 Tbsp. instant potatoes and warm water in a glass jar, cover with paper towel and rubber band.
    Let stand at room temperature for 48 hours. Remove desired amount for baking and store remainder in the refrigerator.
