Ginny'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    24 oz. cream cheese
    16 oz. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup butter; blend, then add cinnamon, pecans and 1 1/4 cups sugar.
    Blend again.
    Press mixture on bottom and sides of buttered spring-form pan.
    Set aside.
