Ingredients

1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. honey
2 cantaloupes, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 c. chopped mint leaves
1 pt. strawberries
Preparation

Stir wine, orange juice and honey until well blended.
Add canteloup and mix.
Toss gently and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, add strawberries, cut in half or quarters.
Serve cold.
