Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
4 tsp. melted shortening
1 medium chopped onion
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix and drop in deep fat.
Fry until brown.
