Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coarsely cut chopped cranberries
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
Preparation

Grease the bottoms of muffin pan or use paper baking cups. Sift flour with 1/2 cup of sugar, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Put cranberries in another bowl and add remaining 1/2 cup of sugar.
