Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 pie crust
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine. Add syrup and salt. Beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add pecans. Pour into shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Insert toothpick in the center of pie to check if it is done. If not, cook for 10 minutes longer.
