Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 yeast cake
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Scald milk; add yeast cake in lukewarm milk.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour, shortening
    and
    egg
    white beaten stiff, then add remaining flour and salt.
    Cover
    and
    let rise one hour, then use just enough flour
    to
    make out rolls and let rise another hour. Bake in medium oven.
