Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken or all breasts or thighs
    flour
    salt
    oil
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Skin chicken and roll in flour and salt mixture.
    Brown in cooking oil and turn over.
    Combine lemonade, 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, catsup and vinegar; pour over chicken in skillet.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken to serving plate and keep warm.
    Combine cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water. Gradually add to lemonade mixture, stirring until smooth and cook until thick.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Serve with rice and green salad.
    Great company dish.
