Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar (white)
4 eggs, well beaten
5 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.\tAdd eggs and beat well.\tAdd dry ingredients and milk.
Mix well.
Chill 2 hours.
Roll out and cut.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 8 minutes. Decorate with your favorite frosting.
