Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg (and some extra for sprinkling on top)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk (put flour and nutmeg in a little bit of the milk and dissolve before adding), sugar and vanilla. Strain into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
