Amish Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Starter
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small box vanilla instant pudding
    nuts, raisins, candied cherries, dates, etc. (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together by hand; do not use a mixer.
    Add 1 cup each nuts or fruits.
    Bake in two loaf pans in a 325\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Spray loaf pans with Pam so bread can be removed easily.
    This can also be baked in a Bundt pan.
