Black-Eyed Pea Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) drained black-eyed peas
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. cilantro
Preparation

Drain peas in colander.
Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in black-eyed peas.
Serve on lettuce leaf with tortilla chips.
