Fat-Free Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 Tbsp. cider or wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. lite salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    2 tsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a blender; process until mixed thoroughly.
    Serve on your favorite salad.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
