Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Beat
together milk, egg and butter; add this to flour, baking powder, salt and sugar mixture.
Put in muffin tins and bake
at 375\u00b0
until
golden
brown.
Pat butter on top after baking.
