Priscilla'S Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts
4 thin slices boiled ham
4 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Halve chicken breasts; remove skin and bone.
Pound chicken thin; salt and pepper and cover each breast with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
Roll breasts and skewer with a toothpick.
Dip each in butter and then in bread crumbs.
Put in baking dish; pour remaining butter over chicken before baking.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
