Cherry Topped Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. yellow deluxe cake mix
2 pkg. softened cream cheese
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix.
In large bowl, mix 1 egg, remaining cake mix and oil.
Press crust mixture evenly to bottom and 3/4 way up the sides of a pan.
In same bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar.
Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix; beat 1 minute at medium speed.
At low speed, add milk and flavoring.
Mix until smooth.
