Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

4 c. apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine the ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a greased and floured Bundt pan or angel food cake pan.
