Curry Sauce For Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato puree
1/2 pt. cream
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation

Cook onions gently in butter until glazed.
Add salt and curry powder.
Cook as long as you can without browning onions.
Add puree.
Bring to boil.
Cool to lukewarm.
Heat cream separately to same temperature as sauce.
Put sauce into cream by tablespoons. Don't boil!
This goes well with baked chicken, salad, rice and French bread.
