Three-Onion Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) thawed frozen small white onions
    1 large (8 oz.) red onion, peeled and sliced thick
    2 bunches (about 16 oz.) green onions, trimmed and cut in 2-inch lengths
    1/4 c. Italian parsley leaves, chopped coarse
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add lemon juice and all onions.
    Cook 10 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Remove from heat; cool.
    Cover and refrigerate at least overnight or up to 3 days for flavor to develop.
    Serve at room temperature.
    Makes 10 servings.
