Favorite Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.
    Mix together egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Add flour and mix until well blended.
    Fold in coconut.
    Drop by teaspoons 1 inch apart on lined cookie sheets.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.
    Cool on cookie sheet, then peel foil from cookies.
    Makes about 28 cookies at 50 calories each.
