Emergency Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. crumbled corn bread
    1/2 c. celery, diced fine
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sage, if desired
    2 slices day-old bread, cubed
    1 Tbsp. onion, diced fine
    2 cans soup (chicken and rice, chicken bouillon, etc.), undiluted
Preparation
    Mix together in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until browned.
