Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    5 qt. popped corn
    1 can salted peanuts (if you're feeling rich)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil quickly and boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add soda; stir well.
    Pour over popcorn in a large roasting pan and stir well.
    Stir in peanuts, if desired.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes during baking.
