Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add flour slowly.
Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours in tube pan.
