Holiday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 oz. can coconut (optional)
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, melted butter, vanilla, milk, white sugar, eggs, crushed pineapple and coconut (if desired).
    Spoon into greased casserole.
    Mix flour, softened butter, pecans and brown sugar.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
