Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese and crumbled Ritz crackers. Melt one stick of margarine and pour over top of casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
