Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. grated fresh zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
4 to 5 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and zucchini.
Add dry ingredients. Blend in vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes in greased and floured loaf pans (2).
