Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or more pork chops
    2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    2 chopped garlic cloves
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 large potatoes, cut as for French fries
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Arrange ingredients in a Pyrex casserole in this manner.
    Lay in pork chops on the bottom, put onions, garlic and potatoes over them, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Now, pour the 2 cans tomato sauce over the top.
    Refill cans with water and pour this over, also.
    Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or more, until a fork goes through potatoes and meat easily.
