Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. broken pecans or walnut pieces
Preparation
    In bowl, beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla.
    Continue beating until very stiff.
    Fold in nuts.
    Drop by teaspoonful on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm. (Cookies should remain light colored.)
    Cool on wire rack.
    Makes about 3 1/2 dozen small cookies.
