Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crust
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. or more smooth peanut butter
    1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation
    Mix powdered sugar and smooth peanut butter.
    This will be crumbly.
    Line crust with this mixture, saving 2 tablespoons.
    Mix vanilla instant pudding according to directions.
    Pour over peanut butter mixture; sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of reserved mixture on top.
    Refrigerate.
    May use Cool Whip as topping.
