Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 qt. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
Preparation

Melt butter in baking dish.
Add uncooked macaroni.
Stir until butter coats macaroni.
Cut cheese slices in quarters.
Add salt, pepper, cheese and cold milk to macaroni.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Comes out of oven creamy and golden brown.
Do not stir while baking.
