Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. corn, cut from cob or cream-style corn
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add milk, cream, sugar and salt. Stir in corn, bread crumbs and butter and place dish in pan of boiling water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until custard is set.
Makes 6 servings.
