Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, diced
    4 large onions, diced
    3 c. powdered milk
    4 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. celery powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cover potatoes and onions with water.
    Cook until tender. Mash.
    Add powdered milk, bouillon, 2 cups water, celery powder and onion powder.
    Add salt to taste.
    Bring up to temperature and serve.
