Good Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. (heaping) chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Do not use cast-iron skillet.
    Lightly brown onion in small amount of oil, then crumble in hamburger and cook until done. Drain and add soup, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic salt, pepper and thyme.
    Makes enough for 10 to 12 small hamburger buns.
    If making for large group, do not double.
    Start over.
