Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    6 c. corn kernels (fresh or frozen), well drained
    4 c. chicken stock
    1 c. sweet potatoes, finely diced
    1/4 c. green bell pepper, finely diced
    1/4 c. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    salt to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
    Add onion, celery and garlic.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add 4 cups of corn kernels and chicken stock.
    Bring to a boil.
    Once boiling, lower heat and simmer 30 minutes.
